I've reserved an apartment at Lakeside3. I like this location because it is close to schools and has a private terrace that they provide. The promised date of possession is March 2024. However, in agreement it is stated as October 2026. Anyway, booked and looking for a handover in March.

Have been following up with them for few months and the project looks promising. It takes 25 mins from Anna nagar and I could easily save 15 to 20 lacs. What really pulled me towards them is serene location, plus they are progressing on time and poss. has been slated by March 2024. Pricing looks transparent and upfront whereas have seen so called big builders in madhavaram with a complex cost sheet which only piles up the burden.

Just launched this project. But as an owner of Lakeside2, I must say they are one of the most transparent builders you will ever have in Chennai. Unlike big builders, they are a kinda of builder who focus on one project at a time (Little conservative, but as a buyer, you are rest assured, your money is in safe place) and also it's no mean joke to develop 1000 homes + community on Puzhal-Ambattur road. Even during covid, I think they never stalled their progress and they delivered it on time barring few days. My suggestion is buy it during launch, as I am sure prices will increase with each year and every progress. So that you can yield good returns on investment. Hope it helps...

As a tenant of Lakeside2, have been following them from launch as I am planning to move my family to Chennai. One thing I have noticed is they have goodwill and they appear to be more transparent and practical with timelines as well. Also, I have seen some of the owners of phase 2 buying or recommending them to buy on Lakeside3, which speaks about this builder. Progress has been pretty quick which kinda making me to act quickly and book. Hopefully I will buy soon here…
